1. ID & Security: A valid Australian Driver’s License or ID are required for all dry hires. We reserve the right to photograph these upon collection.
2. Insurance & Liability: The Hirer is fully responsible for the equipment from the time of collection until return.
- Damage: If equipment is returned damaged, the Hirer agrees to pay the full cost of repairs immediately.
- Loss/Theft: If equipment is lost or stolen, the Hirer agrees to pay the full Replacement Cost (RRP) of the item immediately.
3. Late Returns: Equipment must be returned by 10:00 AM on the agreed return date. Late returns will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the daily hire rate for every 4-hour block overdue.
4. Cleaning Fees: Equipment returned with excessive dirt, sand, or tape residue (e.g., gaffa tape on cables) will incur a minimum $30 cleaning fee.
